Having ARP bolts doesn't mean anything. They're still stretch bolts. Look:

ARP | Tech - Torque and Stretch

See the third column to the right? That spec shows how much the bolt stretches in ten thousandths of an inch when torqued to spec. Each time you remove and re-torque those bolts they get that much longer every time.
