Its called turning a profit

F1 caters to BMW/Ferrari

When Honda dominated in 1988 and won 14 of 15 F1 races Ferrari made them change the rules (went from turbo 1.5L V6 to NA 3.0L)

There isnt much technology coming down from F1 these days that isnt already in cars we see on the road.

Honda is focused on green cars for profitability. The 2 seat 3 door hatch CRZ will be here next year and be a 6spd manual hybrid..probably 50mpg and sport too.

Toyota is losing money -- Honda is trying to prevent that...cut the crap out before it costs you too much.
