Aem fuel rail Different part number B18 and B16 why?

im looking at getting an aem fuel rail and im not sure but why do they have different part numbers for b18 and b16 are they not supposed to be all the same? thanks

for those curious i just put the B16 aem rail on my b18 and it fit fine.

well im not so sure about that. From what i was told is if they are both Vtec it should fit however if one is not vtec then its not the same... luckily for me it fit
