Lightbulb Which BOV is the best for a Daily driver?

I'm looking into getting a good BOV that does have a lot more sound then the stock one. I want one that i can route back into the intake so i don't screw up the idle. Leave me your thoughts on what i should get and how much it is because they all are different prices. Thanks for the help.

It's still louder than the stock one when returned. I think it retails for $230 though. If Bond can get it for ya for $150 go for that for sure.

fuck all those aftermarket bov's....get a 1g bov...they're the best.

(on a side note, there is nothing wrong w/ the greddy, hks, etc....they're good, but you can get the same performance out of the 1g)

McFerio you really do no nothing do you? Yes the 1G BOV will work but it is far from the best. They can leak and recirculate some of your air charge causing the turbo to work harder. Not only that when you turn the boost up higher they have the potential depending on the turbo and CFM of airflow, to not be able to vent enough of the intake charge causing compressor surge.

Dude get the SSQV HKS BOV....I have it on my Eclipse... It is crazy looking and sounds like a monster...I can get it for you real cheap brand new...Go on Google and type in SSQV Blow Off Valve and read it for yourself.....They have a bolt on kit that you can put on yourself in like 5 min....It retails for over $250..I can get it for like $190 or $200....You get what you pay for...Let me know

whats the matter? never crushed one before?

why are you asking me if i know nothing? i have no problem w/ running 20psi w/ no leaks, stock they leak after 18psi (roughly), which is why you crush them...works perfectly, and is a lot cheaper than an aftermarket unit.

also, when you start running bigger turbos, just run 2 of them, works just as good and is cheaper than a large aftermarket unit (greddy type r, tial 35mm).

it also depends on your setup, if you're running a maft, you can run a blow through set up, which will allow you to just vent them, which is nice as hell.

i'm not here flaming, but i'm not dumb.

i love the sound of the hks, blitz sounds great, but in all honesty, is very sub-par compared to the hks, greddy type s, 1g, tial, etc....its got the dorky flange structure...breaks really easy...i know a guy who's on his 3rd bov
