It was Friday night and it chucked it down in the midlands all night.
There were a few stories I heard of local flooding in the Birmingham area
It's just what I heard, I slept through most of it

Hello all. I currently live in Suffolk, England. Mildenhall, Lakenheath area to be exact. I only have four months left in country though. Can't wait to get to my home... the good 'ole U.S. Have had fun here in England the last three yrs. eight months but I'm ready to move on (too expensive). The majority of the locals don't fancy us Yanks anyway. Atleast that's my experience. No more road tax in May!

Wish the government actually used road tax money on the smaller roads and not just the motorways (atleast that's what it seems like). They need it. To all you Brits, thanks for letting me be a visitor in your wonderfull country! By the ways, my car is allready shipped to the U.S. and I wish it was still here to meet up with you guys somewhere here in England! Oh well. Wish I would of know about this forum earlier. You guys are lucky, every time I see a civic type R, I get jealous that us Yankees don't have that luxury. Hopefully one day... fingers crossed!
