Yellow headlight bulbs VS Stock OEM?

I was thinking of getting some yellow bulbs to add a subtle touch to my ride, and I was wondering if anyone has had them and liked them. Or if someone has seen them on someone elses ride; are they brighter or dimmer than the stock oem halogens? Thanks for your input

I can vouch for that. I got pulled over two years ago when I had some yellow bulbs from Password. Rock OEM, it will be better off in the long run.

I think headlights are meant to put out the most useable light, whether that be white halogen or colored HID. Similar to running too high of a color temp HID (i.e. 8000 or 10,000K) I think that running too low of a color temp headlight (i.e. 1200 or 2400K yellow) will reduce your visibility and overall light.
I rock yellow fogs because I think they provide better differentiation when mixed with the white of the headlights. Plus yellow fogs looks cool.

In my opinion, keep the yellow bulbs in the foggies. Don't get me wrong they look on bad ass on JGTC cars

and on Leman race cars, but on the average street car they look rice.
Sorry my opinion

Awesome, I think I might mod my front bumper to put some yellow fog lights in there, and keep the headlights stock, I just love the yellow look in the front and I think that way, I'll still have the yellow look and the stock.. nice information peoples.
