Angry transmission problem b16

while driving or accelerating there would be a grind sometimes
then it will stop for a second and continue accelerating gears are all fine no
slipping just when driving the gear skips

no slipping, no clutch worn, grips fine
all gears are fine
it feels like something pops out of place then back again

I bought a transmission off of ebay once that had a broken tooth on the countershaft. You might have a tooth missing on one of your gears. Or does it happen in all gears?
