Problems with my antenna suggestions please!

i removed my antenna plate and partially pulled it out to clean under the plate and i may have yanked it a little too hard. now when i turn on my radio all i get is static, but a couple stations come in very unclearly still. im not sure what to do about it so somebody please give me a suggestion!

the antena cable runs down the a piller and connects by your hood relese and then goes to the back of your cd player. check the location by the hood release and fuse box under the dash and you should see what im talking about its pretty simple
