I'd go 1.5" and that's just me though. It depends what shocks and springs you're getting.

Just don't get any non or ebay brand springs because they will kill your shock within months. I've been there and learned my lesson.

My $0.02...
Don't waste your time on springs, go straight coilovers!

I have never been a big fan of sleeve style spring coilover AKA the "poor man's" coilover. I prefer full coilover systems rather then leaving suspension setups to chance. Although my friend has ground controls and Koni sport yellows on his hatch, and he loves them.

id say round 2 inches would be nice... also depends on what size wheels you have. if there big like 17,18 inch then you wont want to go to low or you will rub. but with a 15-16 you could go 2-3 inches and give it a nice look... with a decent strut you could run ground control, skunk 2, or any name brand non ebay sleeve coil over so you can get the exact hight you want and change it if you ever want to and they ride pretty well as long as your not slammed. the struts you have and some good sleeve coil overs should do just fine for you though . good luck and post pics when you get it lowered.

I use to have a 95 V-6 accord with 18's I started with a coilover and was real happy about that but the ride sucked so I got tokiko shocks like you and it was 10times better ride even when it was droped real low... I had about a little more than a half of an inch of clearance. Didn't rub, only when I turned real sharp... I say the lower the better but thats just my opinion... but if i was you go for a package deal of coilovers and shocks in one! Oh and on the tires call up tirerack they will help you with what tire you need for what rim you want...

coming from experience, DON'T GO EBAY COILS, DON'T DUMP IT! mine was DUMPED! at least 3 1/2". I went thru 2 type R lips. and it will kill ur shocks... mine bounces like a bitch now... Its not worth it. ends up costing more money in the end...
