2.get a G22 setup, fully build it and then boost it
3.get a H22,fully build it and boost it
4.get a K20,fully build it and boost it

which will have the best HP and Torque?

If I was you, I'd boost the stock F22 and save yourself the hassle. Thats what I would do if I have the money for boosting my car. In the long run, you'll gain more whp with less money & less work(anything above 12psi would need internal work).

Turbo Piping, Turbo, Bigger Injectors, 255lph fuel pump, Turbo Mani, Blowoff valve, wastegate, oil return line, oil feed line, downpipe, good good tune, chipp ecu, etc.

Rev Hard makes a kit and same with Turbonetic. Shop around for a good deal.
