Dude just rip the EGR out/reroute vacuum lines and make a blockoff plate. And put a resistor in the plug that reads the EGR.

I'm running a p28 chipped on my OBD1 '94 Accord; therefore, p28 don't support EGR, Knock sensor, IAB sensor, etc. I then removed my EGR components to make more room for a cleaner look in my bay.
