Hey I was just wondering if I get a ef9 hood n headlamps is it the same as crx sir headlamp and hood???

would it be possible just to get the jdm front bumper and grab a vis hood!!! with out the mods to the car? (crx)

Answering both questions.

EF9 Hood and headlamps are the same as CRX - so yes.

You will be getting a VIS CRX SiR Hood - so it should be just a carbon fiber version of the JDM hood - which means it will probably require the same modifications to get the latch working.
