Earlier this week, a friend and I flew to my dad's in Virginia, and drove from there to Pittsburgh to purchase my *new* 1988 Si. I insured the car, and had it temporarily registered to drive the car home, back to Florida. We brought the car back to VA, and stayed for 2 days, and earlier this morning at 5am, we started our trip home back to South Florida. 18+ hours in a CRX with B16 was pretty fun! I purchased this car because it's rust free, has a B16 powerplant, and it retains great working a/c, so it's a great platform for me to start over. The body is so straight, excluding the fenders, but I have JDM fenders that will be installed soon enough. There's prolly less than 5 dents on the actual car. Here's the only decent pics I took of the car, and I'll be posting more pics and updates as I transfer more goodies from the red car, to this one. The car isn't much to look at, but I have to start somewhere! Pics of the motor will come soon!

First mod I did to the car was paint the wipers, although they'll prolly come off the car in a few days..Apparently, this car had the optional fogs at one point in it's life. I even found the brackets for them in the trunk. But I hate the 88-89 front end, because it looks like the car ran into a brick wall. JDM front end will be slapped on, as soon as I can afford paint!

Here's when we crossed into NC, and yes, the sunroof works great! Take a look at that doo doo exhaust!

Turbo soon to come
What part of va. did you fly to?
