91 hatch si project

hey i bought a shell 2day for 200dollars it was my cuzins and it has a ugly body kit i was wondering would a 91 crx front/rear bumper fit on the hatch?

I don't think the rear fits...I think you might be able to get the front to work but why would you want to do that?? Why not just get the Hatchback front bumber and rear bumber?

dose any one know if i would get some what good MPG? with a LS with a B16 tranny? cuz im going to put that in this hatch 2 day or should i get a LS tranny?

dude crx and civic are two different shells.... the only thing that are the same is headlights and seats to my knowledge...

oooh ok imma just use the b16 for now or i guess trade it for a LS tranny but since gas is 1.99 here were i live imma just stick 2 the b16 for now and i was wondering why this car is doing this i turned it on for like a hour driving it around ran great btw and i went home took a shower like 2-3hours later the car dident want to turn on it would just make a CLICK sound and when i could get it to start it would run for like 4-7mins and turn right off but i was useing the same gas thats been in that hatch for a good 2-3weeks now and my friend said it needs new gas any suggestions on what it could be?

Sounds like you have some sort of electrical problem. Possibly a bad connection when it sounds like a low battery from your terminals and for it to go out after 4-7 mins usually tells you that the ignitor in the distributor is goin gone. Might even be an alternator.

thanx wildthing u were right it was the distributor i just went 2 the PICK-N-PULL and got 1 slaped it on and it was driving like new .... i was wondering what ecu comes with the LS and i need 2 smog it by this month but they told me as long as the car is running right and i put a catalityc converter on it it would pass smog but becuz i got a b16 tranny on it and a "chipped ecu" thats what the guy that sold it to me said the ecu was chipped but will it pass with that b16 tranny and if i get the stock ecu?

fact. my b16/b16 tranny gets average 450 km to the tank. buddies b16/ls tranny supposedly gets atleast 600. wow.
