If it was running, it could bring $800-1100.
But you just can't trust that all it needs is a head gasket.
I would look for an alternative project car.

As for what its worth, it all depends on the little things:
How the wiring is not messed with, paint not rattle canned or clear coat gone, interior not smelly or dirty (or greasy from these pictures), solidity of body panels, heater / ac.
There are too many things that subtract from the value for me to buy. But the car may be better in person than in the pictures. I bought one in much, much better condition for $300, but the head and block were already separated.
