91 civic hatch build... need some help

so guys here is mine and my brothers build.

it is a 1991 honda civic hatchback.

je 9:1 compression pistons
eagle rods
stage 2 cams
dual valve springs with titanium retainers
t3/t4 turbo kit
block guard

you know the works. we are hoping to push out 400+ hp out of it when we are done. just got to work out the bugs

like a big problem now is that the car bogs up until around 4-5k rpms and after its been running for about 10 min, it decides to die and wont start again for like 5 hours. it will run really strong before it dies and just randomly dies. it has a brand new dizzy on it. nd we just cant figure it out. help?

no problem, how long did it take to do the swap???

not long. there about 4500$ in the engine alone, and we bought the car for 450$
we slowly built it up buying one part at a time.
-the head is fully built, stage 2 cams, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, port and polish
-the bottom end got a race balance and lightened crankshaft, eagle H beams, je 9:1 comp pistons
-stage 4 clutch 7.5lb fidanza flywheel
full t3/t4 turbo kit... the turbo just blew tho so we are getting ram horn headers with a new turbo.


after the engine was all built, it took a few hours to put it in. we are still working out the kinks nd such. and soon we will have it off to be tuned for 22lbs of boost.
hopefully 450+hp
