Question few questions on my new EF

so i just got a 1991 hatch. all stock except it has a full cat. i read somewhere on another web site that a d16 v tec head will fit on the stock d15 non v tec block. fact or fiction? let me know!

You dont have to do block work, but how many miles are on it? Maybe worth a slight rebuild to bottom end if miles are high, but not a must.

It would benefit you to do some bottom end work. Restore some of the power by replacing seals and rings.
