C-pillar installation

Do you have to cut the panel to get to your seatbelt bolt. If so does anybody have any pictures. Thanks

Question:
I have a pillar bar installed in my Del sol. HOWEVER

I did notice that it is hard for the belt to retract back and i get too much slack when its buckled (unsafe i know). Is it just a matter of being TOO tight?

And to answer your question: Use a dreml tool. If I could go back and redo it...it will look much better...

*EDIT:

didn't mean to jack ur thread...
