im looking at a 94 civic dx i wanted to know can i swap a d17a2 into the car

d17a2?? there is no such thing... there is a d16a b16a b16a2 but no d17. so no you cant swap that motor into a 94 civic

yes there is a d17a2, and to OP idk what you would need, i think its pointless.

d17 engines are pretty crap. they are slow and low reving. get a something else.

Anything but a d17. Even a d15 is better than that. Many options to chose
