potentiometer does not work. It will elliminate the CEl temporarily. After few miles the ECU will look for another voltage from potentiometer, and since the voltage is constant the ecu will throw another code. Trust me I've done it.
Here's the solution: 96-97 Integra GSR did not have fuel tank sensor. So the ECu for those year will work fine. That's my set up. I have 97 civic converted to OBD2B with 99 B16A2 and 96 GSR ECu (with obd2B to obd2a conversion harness). I passed the Cali smog check and CEL never came back..
