installing CTR power windows into USDM hatch- i need help please read on

Ok so on ebay i found a guy in ohio i believe who has several CTR parts so i buy a lot from him with several things CTR rear bumper and lip- pristine- CTR door panels with the red recaro fabric and a power windows conversion, I was told it was from a 99 CTR, i have a 96 CX i was told the 99-00 SI or EX floor wiring harness would plug in with no probs and work well not im hearing the 96-98 and 99-00 wiring harness do not match, so i have what i believe to be a 99 CTR power window kit sitting in my computer/internet room that i am not sure if i can even use now or not, one thing my car needs is some creature comforts, i even plan to add cruise, anyway i digress on to the important issues,

I will post pics of what i have so u can maybe help me out, from what i can tell i have everything i need besides the floor wiring harness if it would plug in and work, i got the door wiring harness it even has the leads for pwr mirors which i planned to add, so i got the motors, the auctualtor the switches and wiring and a few things

INFO FROM JDMLAND.COM
here is some info for jdmland.com
they say they have a complete ctr power window kit
hese are rare used JDM EK9 CTR Type R Power Windows Kit - Complete. The power window kit includes: power window motor, relays, and switches. Item is used and in great condition.

Fits: All Civics 96 - 00 2 Door Hatchbacks and 3 Door Coupes.

*Sorry, window regulators not show but included as well.

END JDMLAND INFO

okay i have everythign pictured except at the top they are showing the lever you would pull to open the door i dont have that but i have the regulators and it seems like more wiring and i have a black box they do not have, i am trying to get some of the open projects i have for my civic finished like this is one of about 3 or 4 so i can move on with a clear mind to an engine swap etc,

I need help will a 96 CX with my JDM parts mesh with a 99-00 SI floor wiring harness i hear yeas and no, do i need to wire it myself is there a diagram to help i am a little confused i want power windows and locks not necessarily for me but for my fiancie so im looking for some creature comforts others may not be interested in, i plan on building a SI hatch basically the Trim level of an SI but with some JDM some USDM and just some of whatever i like, i know ive rambled on alot here but i need help and i know there are some knowledgable people here i also would like to do some power mirrors it doesnt have to be now i would rather it now im trying to conserve for an engine swap and i keep moving up, its like a disease,
anyways thanks for reading this far and fellow jdm'r in need of some serious help

OK now i know for sure i have parts from a 99 CTR so what do i need to do about connecting to the door wiring that is from a 99 CTR when i got a 96, can i even use a floor harness in this situation and re-pin it or should i just run my own wiring? im getting pics of everything right now so i can show you guys the connections if needed

edit- so it seems logical to use the 99-00 harness and modify it if needed and go from there
what do u guys think about that

ok does anyone know about mating a 99-00 floor harness to a 96-98 civic i had found a page on h-t that said the harness are the same but the 99-00 harness has a black box something to do with the power locks and the 96-8 harness does not have this so they are different, it may not be able to swap the 99-00 pwr windows in i got a manual last night from the book store i think its a helms and ive been looking at diagrams, but here is a link to my thread on h-t
