Use your cars loom and add wires/jumpers as you need them.

Generally you want to convert to OBD 1 --- this way you can minimize your headaches and tune with a bunch of systems like Hondata, ectune etc...

Having said that the dizzy and associated wiring for the motor in question should be adapted for that OBD you are planning on using

When I swapped my 99 civic with a 00 US ITR motor I had to add a few wires and run an OBD2 Si ecu as a bandaid ---- I later used a JAPANESE CTR ecu (99-00 model) so the ecu plugs were a plug and play thing (on purpose)

However this was also in 2002 and ALOT has changed since then.

A simple P28 with a good chip can do the dirty work and you can run a cheap $80-$100 jumper to do the wiring criss-cross from OBD2a/b back to OBD1

If I were you ... I would buy a jumper, chip'd P28, use an OBD1 motor/dizzy/engine loom combo and call it a day (dont forget to add the VTEC wire)

I would also use ecTune or some other engine management system if you dont have a local tuner --- they have standard base maps for pretty much all motors now
