DIY Type R grill

okay im looking to modify my stock ek grill into a DIY type r grill. what should i use after i cut out what isnt needed? some kind of wire or mesh or somethingg like that. im not sure what to use..

i have a 97. and that looks good, what did you use for the mesh/wire or whatever?

you're right, the chicken wire looks good. ill probably just spray it black before the install. thanks for the help

there is also something called expanded metal. its similar to chicken wire if not the same, but you can get a more type r look. I actually bought a type r grill from ebay for $22 with free shipping and it looks awesome imo
