b16a fluttering / losing power

Hi All

I'm currently from South Africa and have a b16a.

Problem I am having is that everytime my car gets to it maximum temp, than while in vtec the car starts fluttering and loses power its like something is holding the car back.

I have checked the vtec selonoid, checked fuel regulator, checked distribitor and plug wires.

now I'm totally lost and do not where the problem is.

Can someone help with this

what car, ecu, engine year, it sounds like bad spark plugs

This is a civic ek model 96' spark plugs have been changed 5000kilometers ago.

If you looking for engine revision, its a b16a6 only built for south africa and middle east market.

but pretty sure that this is exactly the same as the US b16a
