06 Si cracked front brake rotor

I have 3,000 miles on my 06 Si, and today when I was chaning the oil I noticed a small 1/2 inch hairline crack in the passenger side front brake rotor. I immediately called the salesman who sold me the car and am going to have it replaced first thing Monday. Also I requested a loaner car for the day. This is odd and my reason for this post is to see if anyone else has experienced this same issue. I have not abused the brakes or even had them overly hot, I checked the other rotors and couldn't see any cracks. Other than this issue I absolutely luv the car. I did change the oil and filter for the first time today. At 3,000 miles changed the oil to Mobil 1 extended 5w30 and used a Honda filter which they had on sale 3 for $17. After starting the car I can hear that the engine revs a little easier. The oil was at 50% before the change and it was somewhat brown. It needed changing and am so glad I did the change since I did notive the brake rotor crack. Once you get the procedure down changing the oil is a breaze. Just raise the passeneger side front wheel off the ground, you can then reach the oil drain plug/bolt and also directly behind the passenger front wheel behind the plastic inner fender is the oil filter. Also be aware that you should get a New aluminium washer with the new Honda oil filter.
Ok, now is there anyone that has heard of any Brake rotor issues with the 06 Si?

But but my gf is having problems with her car. Read the SI problems....please read post and it explains the whole thing. I would actually really apreciate it if you would look at and tell me if your car is doing the same thing. Thanks.
