gunther's cr-v build.
so i bought a "normal person's car" 98 crv.

but i have to modify it, right?

the moment i got her home.


every new car needs to be detailed right?


mocked up my iPhone mount using the broken clock's location.


cleaned the rad support with a toothbrush added some of my very own tuck_nutts.

b20 awd. stock as can be. oh wait. k&n air filter and plug wires are the only "mods"

I hope it's 5 speed. Tree are 2 awd boosted crv's crusing around killing civics so if it's 5 speed you can have a sleeper on your hands

i didn't want another stick shift car. my knees kill me and my ankles are done. i drive for a living and have been driving stick as a living for 11 years. I'm done. all i wanted was an automatic. the awd b20 is really what made me say, yea i want that in auto.

no idea what the future plans are? but some things i would like to do...

obviously replace or fix and detail everything on the car.
lift or dump. haven't decided yet.
hitch, receiver and saris thelma.
s2k wheels if dumped. mudders if i lift it.
tint the front two windows.
i want a great sounding system, nothing bumping the neighbors house down, just quality sound. I've got some plans but nothing set in stone.
bug deflector
sport ram bar (jdm oem one would be great if i could find it lol)
thule cargo box up top. travel travel travel!!

something along those lines. just aesthetics. nothing performance. I've got an eg to do that to. I've also got a daily beater dc.

nice .. i have been wanting a crv for a few years now my parents have one and i olove driving it.. fun cars to have in a 5 speed and AWD.

yea i used to be on here alot more.. after driving my parents CRV i thought about getting a CRV when i sold my coupe. but ended up getting the new coupe i got and blowing the extra money.. really nice cars cant beat a AWD honda. and being b series you can mod them quite a bit, keep us updated im sure it will turn out nice.
