Random losses of power JDM h22

I have a stock JDM h22a in my 93 and in last couple weeks its been doing this weird thing where I'll be driving and then suddenly my motor dies/losses all power for a second then comes back. Theres no loud noises or anything coming from the engine. It just chokes out and putters then recovers. Theres no pattern either. It does it in the morning, does it after sitting in the sun, and in all gears, its random. Right around 3000-3500 rpm tho. I first i thought fuel filter and replaced that but problem continues.

I put the motor in about 3 months ago and got it running real nice. No issues for the 3 months till now. I'm thinking maybe fuel pump..? and friend said maybe EGR valve...

Also, I took off the internal ign. and put in a U.S. dizzy w/ external ign. when i put in the jdm motor.

Well, I know a buddy from another forum who spun a balance shaft bearing which looks like this and all of the sudden felt a power loss:

that happens to my car too whenever its in the sun for a long time but mine wont even get going mine will just start up and then die down

Sounds like dizzy/ignition issue

Check the codes and see whats going on

Check you ground wires too
