They come with with 237 which is leaving the factory meaning it's the power at the flywheel.Which in all reality flywheel horsepower is how much power u have before it gets transfer to the ground. Now if you are asking rwhp which is horsepower to the wheels then u are probably looking at 190 ish since u lose about 20 percent in power after it goes through the axles and everything else.

He just said you would have 190 to the wheels from the 240 to the flywheel because of the 20% loss. How would you get 200 from 220?

it depends on which engine you are talking abou.If it the F20C or F22 either way the F20 came with 230 flywheel hp and the F22 came with 237 Flywheel.

Honda factory motors are not built equally like people would like to believe. The range is generally between 175-200rwhp with the F20C. If you got lucky, good for you, if not, get it tuned and get the power back. If you bought it used, you could also be losing power from the older ECU depending on your model year. Anything pre-2003 should have the ECU upgraded, or run a VAFC at bare minimum to get it running right. You might also want to update your banjo bolts if that's the case as well.

We dyno'd a stock s2000 here at the shop and it make more hp with stock exhaust then with his RS-R exhaust. 186 with stock exhaust.

I'm sure. It's too tight to get anything significant from bolt ons without going over the AFRs, and in many cases power is lost, or appears that way. Sometimes you just get a smoother curve instead of a big gain, and that would still feel faster and be more responsive. It doesn't mean the part is ineffective.
