swap or no swap?

got a 95 LS it has 130,xxx miles on it and its a auto. i want to make more power and make it a 5 speed and put on a turbo . im debating this

1) b18c1 complete swap - about 3g's
2) keep the motor i got the b18b build the internal and just buy a turbo and 5 speed swap
3)do the ls-vtec with 5 speed swap and turbo.

which approch would you guys go with? any suggestion wll help thanks in advace
