He was there for about a week...but he told me the whole time he was there people would give him dirty looks, yell random shit at him but to top everything off he said he was a local food joint with his girl and that some random person called him a "Stupid American Pig" now I've been to Toronto a few times...and I have notice that when people notice I am American, I get more attitude from people.
I've been given shit about my so called "debit" card because it had a Visa logo on it...
and it seems to me that they are so obsessed with US politics. He was telling me how all the people he met would just rag on and on about what was going on. But regardless he was not to happy with the way he was treated in Canada. And it just made me wonder as to why people hate the US...I know this country has it's problems but still. I've never had an issue with Canada up until recently when I had a chance to go...and now Carlos tells me this shit...Whatever I guess.

It's probably just the residents of that area... If you go into Montreal, expect to be treated like an ass because you don't speak french. That is the only thing I've ever gotten heated over being up there... And I go about once a year at least...
