Irish Student Coming to SD

Right guys I'm an irish student, studying multimedia in Dublin City University.

I'm coming to san diego on a working visa all summer, so I'll be fully legal to work and I'll be looking for a JOB I think I already have accomodation sorted. I'll be staying in the Pacific Beach area. Anyway if anyone knows of anything going let me know. I'll work anywhere, do labour etc, but I also know a lot about cars and specifically JDM stuff, cos we get jap cars into Ireland fairly easy. I'm good at what I do in college too, graphic design/animation/photoshop etc.

Anyway if anybody knows of people looking for summer employees let me know

Dude, you are so lucky! I was just in Pacific Beach a few weeks ago. Every time I go there I want to move there. There are bunch of businesses around there, so I don't think it'll be too difficult for you to find something if you're not picky. I don't know what part of Pacific Beach Will has been to, but it's far from crawling illegal immigrants. Enjoy your time there, bren1! You should check out the street legal drags at Qualcom.

ive never actually been there but when my parents went out they said they were everywhere. Im sure you can find something though. I think anyone can find a job if they look hard enough

I know there are a lot of companies there but there are also literally thousands of irish going there this summer, which is why I'm trying to get the jump

I think I might bring over a load of proper jdm parts from civics and stuff, like stuff with japanese writing all over it haha. We get a lot of real jap imports over here cos we're rhd. might make some money out of it

depends on the area you buy the car. Im not sure how much they go for in Socal but you can get them pretty cheap where im from. Im sure you really could make some decent money on selling parts though. If you get a big enough stock of parts you could probably get by without a job while you are here.

I wouldn't do a eg, because of too many thefts. An ef would be a better choice. Make sure it passes emissions. That can be a pain in the ass.

Seemed so far away last time I posted here.

I know this is a long shot but does anybody here know of any summer jobs going in the SD area? I'm also looking for accomodation for the summer but I have that temporarily sorted so it's not as important...
