Future Toyota Supra...
What do you guys/gals think about the new toyota supra or it's concept? Like the 93-98 version better or even the old gen?

Supra is gone! dun get me wrong...i love the supras....but its just rumors.

It looks like a nice car, Toyota has always been a top contender. But, I think I'll favor the GT-R which should be hitting showrooms sometime in early 08?

i don't mind it being a lexus either. but i think toyota and honda are going to have to step up the game a bit when the GT-R shows up.

God, I love the people who DON'T work for Toyota.

It's real. I've already seen the TSBs for the Supra. V8-powered (I WISH they kept a turboed inline6, but it's cheaper to make the 5.0 V8. Damn economics.) The Lexus LF-A will be produced, but it will be the cousin to the Supra, like the SC300 and SC400 were back in the day.

i was about to say, reading Road and Track, they refer to a new Supra a few times. i think there was an article on it too...

Being a MKIV owner, I dont even like to think of the idea of a new Supra coming out. If and when it does come out, it is going to be worthless for the first couple of years. Once we start seeing the V8 turboed or TRD supercharged, then it might actually be a fun car to drive but not as fun as my 98.
