My K20 EK Build up..

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums..but not new to the K series. I've worked over at Hybrid-Racing for about 3 years now and I'm doing a K20 EK build. I would like to start off by thanking my good friends at Hybrid-Racing, Will, Parker, Matt and Laura. Also, not forgetting those who have helped me out with my parts and stripping this thing down, Kyle-one-day-k, Al at PIC, Chad and Sean over at Ray-Brandt Collision, EJ for the parts and for just being cool, and also Matt at ICB motorsports..

A little about this car,

I bought the car back in August 05, pre Hurricane Katrina. The car was pretty screwed up in the front, the previous owner had rear-ended a truck. So, I found it sitting in the front yard and drove it home with 130k miles for $1800.

This is when I first got the car..




I messed around and got a 2000 front cap w/ jdm fenders installed about 2 weeks later.

Well, the hurricane came and destroyed a lot of shit down here but everyone pulled through and were are getting things back to normal around here. So now I have some time and money so I'm going to do a K20A2 swap in my EK.

My engine..dirty as hell (Thanks Dan @ atlantic salvage for getting me a great deal!)

Getting the block ready for media blasting..

Well guys, thats all I've got right now. The car should be out of the shop this week and I will start posting the install of the engine bay stuff, interior and the K20.

It was a long post, with a bunch of pics so I had to do it 3 times...lol
