thanks buddy!

ok, here's the sunroof filler i made. i had an old carbon fiber hood laying around so i put it to use. it was really faded so it just needs a good wetsand and reclear. you save a tad over 35 lbs by removing the factory sunroof.

sunroof-35
sound deadening material-30

total of 65 lbs removed so far.

i have yet to weigh all the interior peices that won't be used.

anyway here's the pics of it, it will be sealed up tight with some black silcone after paint to keep things dry...

and here's the mounting system..i made some small angle tabs that are fastened with sheet metal screws..

on the backside, there is no tab to screw to, so i had to weld some straight tabs on..

the carbon will be adhered to the tabs with a 2 part kevlar infused epoxy..

all in all , it turned out very good. i'm happy at least, more to come soon:TU:

just an idea...why not to try the oem trim and modify it to fit the cf sunroof?

Alright, finally the first decent update in years. I got my 5-lug all redone(thanks Phunhaus!!), and a few new small parts.

Heres the fresh new 5-lug, it was really rusty from all the midwest winters. Its amazing how nice it is now.
It got stripped down, added the new SONEM full bushing kit, new OEM Honda wheel bearing front and rear, OEM Honda from lower ball joints, new dust shields and ARP extended studs!!

The calipers however still need to be re-done, thats coming soon..

Heres the new parts...

Authentic Mugen pedal kit

Push button start panel with acc. switches

Drag Lightweight Super Steel racing lugs

Flush hex-head bolts for fenders, headlights, etc.

I have some more new parts coming in this week, i'll ad pics as they arrive.

Thank you very much for the words..

More parts!!!!

Prothane front sway bushings and endlinks

Powerstop Ceramic pads..

Powerstop rotors

I took this one to try to show how big ITR brakes are, the rear is only about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter than the front!

I threw them on real quick just to get a view, i think it looks sweet

Hopefully i can keep this run going and get a few more things! I feel like a little kid
