best way to put a type R manifold on a b16a head, from doing research

To do a clean install of a Type R manifold onto a B16A head, you need the following parts: a fuel rail from a '94 Integra; a '93 B16A del Sol; a '99 Civic Si, '92 or later JDM B16A or a B18C engine; an idle air control valve and 12mm mounting bolts from a '92 and later Integra, a '92 and later Civic Si or EX or a '97-'98 CRV; a throttle body gasket from an Integra Type R; and an intake manifold gasket from an Integra Type R.

Or . . . all those parts from any B16.

this is what forums are for...just get the manifold, gaskets, and throttle body...work from there anything with a B is genereally compatable just dont try and put a crv IM on there in your civic ahah

To his defense the GSR gasket won't work. But since the B16 heads are PR3 and the Type R heads are PR3 you can see why everything is compatible.

and on jdm 2nd gen b16 the usdm b16 throtle body gasket wont work ti leaves a big gap at the top of the tb and leaks you have to use one from a b16a3 outa a delsol vtec i went threw this with mine thankfully i work at honda and they let me try them
