i use 98 octane unleaded and 104 octane E85 bio ethanol

4 parts petrol to 1 part E85

roughly 100 octane

you can go to jegs and get that shit to put in your gas tank to make it smell different..

but i have ran 100, q16, c16, e85, and probably more i cant think of right now.. dont need extra octane if you aint tuned for it/ need it

As far as I can tell your using a "chambered" intake tube....its basically for throttle response and keeps a larger volume of filtered air there ready for a throttle opening.

I am partial to 3" intake pipe myself...some people talk about the V2 aem and the stepped chambers...I think a good velocity stack/airhorn feeding a 3" intake tube works really well...

You can always dyno test it and see what works ... 2.5" < 3" intake tube NA

oh this intake performs noticably better then the straigh 2.5"? tube, i switched to the 2.5" for no reason one time and forgot to change it back, i drove 200km and the second i hit vtec i was like FUUUUUUCK !!!!! shitty intake is on still.
