Nice bro! Always loved the 510s, I was wondering what motor do they come with stock? And I think that maybe 510s are the USDM Bluebird, because the Bluebird's chassis code is 510...am I right?

No, the 510 was known as the 510 in America. I believe it was known elsewhere in the world as the Bluebird.

In Japan it was called the Bluebird and other countries it was called the 1600. Mine has the L16 4 cylinder rated at 96 hp. Im looking for a L20 but thet are hard to find in FL

Yeah thats what I meant bro, JDM version is BLuebird. Jack, why dont you look for a L28E instead? Much easier to find plus theres also a turbo model to it. Only problem is that its EFI. If you wanna run carbed look for a L24 from a 240Z. And where on your car is that plate? I want to see if my car has one like that

Only a L16,L18 or L20b will fit, engine bay is only 29.5 x 30 inches. A co-worker of mine has a 620 truck with a L20B with a blow by turbo setup running 28 psi about 400hp to the ground, Im trying to get a some money so i can do something similar.
The spec plate is located on my strut tower, but im not sure wheres yours is.

Normally that plate should be along the firewall. At least, that's how it is on early 90s/late 80s Nissans.

geez...i once have a 280zx and a classic 240z and tried putting in a CA18DET in it when i fried the old stock.! yeah it runs great!just like the old L24 stock.sound a little funny though, alot different, coz i can easily get a high rev.compare the low torque-strong L24..honestly i did'nt enjoy the 280zx that much coz it feels heavy.unlike the smaller 240z, man i can feel my ass on the ground! but sadly, those goodtimes were gone now, have to be practical and got a 98 cefiro instead..more parts, better rides! but hey...its still Nissan!
