Build thread: Real Silvia s14 (BN Sports old show car)

Well there she sits now, we got the shell off Gleb for the other s14 shell we had (basically switched RHD with SOHC for LHD with a DOHC) This is an on-going build with Myself and Dustin (the guy who we rebuilt the totaled s14 before on this site)

This was the BN sports silvia show car, as well driven by 2 D1 drivers during competition.

This is how it was before:



now picture no rims, no widebody, cut fenders, blue hood, different doors, lol (like I said, shell)

Now, before I hear discouraging things and what not.

I would like to point out that this is the side project build, so its going to get built very slow. However I will keep you updated, but I will not flood it with pointless BS like my s13 build thread happened.

I will get pictures tomorrow, you will laugh at it, but you know what, its a RHD REAL silvia, not converted, track/show car (over time)

yeah i remember seeing this car. you need to get the wheels flush with the aero.

also needs some vinyl or paint to break up the blank canvas. cool car though.

Yeah we're in the processes of getting everything back in order working.

We got the car running yesterday, I re-did A LOT of the ecu wiring and tail light wiring and such, ghetto detachable steering wheel, got the gauge cluster wired up, the new exhaust on, new doors/doorhandles/mirrors lined up and bolted,

Coming next is just 30mm over fenders for now on the rear just to cover the cut fender-wells, and probably headlights!

Haha yeah, thanks Kevin didn't see the post since I can't go on ziptied =[, love how I got no Credit from Mark, damn him. Yeah Gleb and myself beast it out over the weekend, did a lot of work switching car from car to other car. And yes thats a full BN Blister kit with 19x11s in an Auto KA with DVD/HID/2way haha, hella cruise car

thats HIS stuff, you said 'we saw the update' but thats Mark and Gleb, we got the BN sport show car (shell, RHD) from Gleb just shell...the kit alone un-painted is 4g plus amistads another 3500(with tires) No way we coulda just 'swapped shells' haha
