yea hopefully very low 12's, to guess more acurately, 12.1's 12.2's you gotta get the launch right tho! if you pull any higher than a 1.8 60' forget it. revs to 4500-5000k take up the clutch until it starts to grab, and push it back in just enuf for it not to engage....green light, you will want the pedal all the way to the ground at the same time you slip the clutch. it will take some time to get it right, but trust me, i dont drive a sti myself, but my boy has a stock '07 sti he could get it to only run a 13.65...all day....i said, let me drive it jackass! lol (my exact words) i pulled two back to back runs with a 13.19 and then a 12.89 with a 1.72 60' first and a 1.69 60' on the second. AWD cars, at least fairly stock ones, its all in the launch! the rest is history. most evos and sti's wont really "pull" that hard when your at the top of 3rd and 4th. thats why the trap speeds usually aren't that high, because you made up most of your ground with the launch.

I'm assuming you are tuned for those mods? Honestly I'd say its very possible you are still a 13 second track car because of your gearing. The 04 6MT isn't geared for drag racing.

I'm not familiar with AWD cars but I know a key factor is pre-loading so you don't break stuff. Rev up where your comfortable, let out the clutch till you feel the car squat a little then hold the clutch in more so you dont roll of your stage. Depending on the tree you want to leave as soon as the 3rd yellow flashes. Let out the clutch till your rolling and gun it. If you hop, let out the clutch more before you launch.
