Boost UP on 2008 impreza coupe !!!

A friend of mine has one were going to have some fun with. anyone got ideas opinions on mods for it ? its a turbo version but im sure its not the sti engine.

a simple boost controller could up the boost from say stock 8-11psi not sure, to about 14-15. this will make more power I know its not all about psi.

If you had this car and money to go with it what would you have done to it?

for now im thinking to keep warranty happy at the dealer and get him to hide a boost controller in there and rip shit up lol also it would be sweet to have it tuned also then start adding exhaust and all that.

very bad idea ? keep it stock ? or mod this piece up to beat stis ? lol i know subys are very expensive probably some engine mounts would be needed fast I hear they suck !

I'd go for the 09 wrx turbo (vf52?) and full exhaust if you want to keep it warranty friendly. Also look into a tune instead of just a boost controller. OpenSource and Cobb AcessPort are some of the best out there.

so this motor can handle a bigger turbo like everyone does with their stock talons ?

thats what he should just do just warranty is a bitch.

hes down for it all so im thinking a tuned turbo exhaust/intake manifold upgrade and some mounts for the future to make this thing do low 13's 12's all day, then if research prooves some cams ?

then onto suspension and brakes

trust me this guy has the $$ to do anything to it lol



and i want to know if this can be done without going internal, other then the cams thats for high power fully built head
